CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH SOMEONE TO TALK ABOUT MY INVITATIONS?

Absolutely! We can chat over the phone or you are welcome to visit my at-home studio. Please fill in this contact form to arrange a time.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING FOR THE INVITATIONS?

The prices for our invitations include your personal information, guest name printing, unlimited rounds of amendments on your proofs, printing, blank envelopes and hand assembly. Please check product description on each package.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 10 invitations. It is recommended that you order extra invitations for spares, we recommend 5 additional invites.

WHEN SHOULD I SEND INVITATIONS TO MY GUESTS?

Save the Date cards are usually sent out 6 to 12 months before the wedding. Invitations are usually sent out 3 to 4 months before, however, for a destination wedding you would usually allow more time.

WILL MY STATIONERY BE PRINTED?

Yes, the printing of your stationery is included in the cost of your order and is for digital ink printing only. If you require specialty printing such as Letterpress, white ink printing, foil design please contact us for a custom quote

ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED IN THE INVITATION PRICING?

Yes, envelopes are included in the invitation pricing. Printing of guest addresses/return addresses are at an additional cost.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING FOR THE INVITATIONS?

Check the product description for all details included for that particular invitation.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE FROM WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?

​Your stationery will be printed and shipped once you have proof read and approved your design. Please allow 1-2 weeks for printing and assembly once you have approved your final proof(s) and up to 10 working days for delivery.​

The turnaround time will depend on our availability, how quickly you supply all necessary information and how many amendments you request. Please allow2-3 weeks between placing your order and delivery of your stationery.

I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY INVITATIONS?

Firstly, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail as sometimes our email correspondence with you can find its way into these folders. If you have still not received your email please contact us via email or phone and we can look into your order

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will reach out via email to gather your wording (typography), event details, guest information, and any other relevant specifics needed to craft your beautiful wedding stationery. Please remember that it is your responsibility to check for any spelling, punctuation, and layout errors to ensure everything is perfect.

CAN I VIEW A PRINTED SAMPLE OF MY STATIONERY?

You are able to purchase a sample by simply contacting us via email. Otherwise pop over to our SAMPLES page to select the sample you wish to purchase.

WHAT CAN I CUSTOMISE ON MY INVITATIONS?

Welcome to our Semi-Custom Collective, where we offer a range of options to suit your needs. While customization capabilities are limited, we invite you to explore our ADDITIONAL EXTRAS  to enhance your current Invitation Package. CAN YOU SUPPLY MATCHING ENVELOPE LINERS?

Of course, we offer a range of patterned envelope liners to match our invitations at an additional cost.

HOW DO I PROVIDE MY GUEST LIST TO YOU?

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email requesting the necessary details. Along with the email, you'll receive an Excel spreadsheet to complete and return to us.

WHAT OTHER MATCHING STATIONERY CAN YOU CREATE?

We create matching 'On the Wedding Day' stationery such as place cards, table seating, table numbers, menu cards and more please contact me here with your request.

DO YOU INSERT THE INVITATIONS INTO THE ENVELOPES?

Yes! We will assemble all your invitations before they are shipped out to you.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments along with PAYPAL via invoice. We also accept EFT or Bank Transfers.

As Natalie Jane Wedding Invitations is a service based business, all of our products are made to order and once we have received your order and payment the work gets started, therefore we do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully upon ordering.
